2023 – A community-wide asphalt resealing and restriping project was completed on all parking lot and driving areas.
2021 – New roofs were installed on all 10 buildings of the complex. The project included GAF Architectural Shingles.
2020 – The retaining wall on the side of the 1000 building (facing 900) was replaced. The old, wooden railroad-tie wall was rotted and replaced with a beautiful, textured stone block wall. Additionally, a new metal fence was erected, and the parking spaces were restriped in the lot between 900/1000.
2018 – Repairs were completed to the balconies and breezeways on the 200 and 1000 buildings in an effort to solidify and stabilize the structures.
2018 – Repairs were completed to the metal and concrete staircases on 400, 700, and 800 buildings. This covered a total of six staircases. All concrete steps were replaced, welding repairs were made to solidify the structure, and the railings were repainted.
2017 – The exteriors were painted on all 10 buildings in the complex. In addition, the new painting included the security gate, mailbox and pool area building structures. Sherwin-Williams paint colors included urban jungle siding, quiver tan shingles, universal khaki hallways and wool skein trim.

2016 – New exterior lighting and light fixtures were replaced for the entire complex. This included overhead lighting in the breezeway hallways of buildings 200, 300, 500 and 1000. Additionally, all lighting on the front side of buildings and back deck/porches of every unit were replaced.
2015 – Security fence extension was added along the front of the property facing Atlanta Street. The project added more than 1,000 feet of fencing and included a new pedestrian entrance/exit at the Dog Walk area.
2014 – Pool Renovation – This included complete resurfacing and refinishing the entire pool along with resealing the cement walking area surrounding the pool. 2014 – Dog Walk area was added as an amenity to pet owners. The entrance is adjacent to 700 and 600 buildings. The land encompasses about three-tenths of a mile alongside Atlanta Street.
2010 – Security Gate was installed at the front entrance of the complex. This included main entrance and exit gate, along with a visitor’s gate entrance and call box and separate gate entry for 100 building residents.
2005 – Hardie Plank siding, a premium brand of cement board siding (also known as fiber cement board siding) produced by the James Hardie Company, was added to all 10 buildings in the complex.
