River Mill features a security gate entrance from the front of the property. This includes a main entrance and exit gate, along with a visitor’s gate entrance and call box and separate gate entry for 100 building residents. A security fence extension was added along the front of the property facing Atlanta Street. This included more than 1,000 feet of fencing and a new pedestrian entrance/exit at the Dog Walk area.
