New Retaining Wall
2020 – The retaining wall on the side of the 1000 building (facing 900) was replaced. The old, wooden railroad-tie wall was rotted and replaced with a beautiful, textured stone block wall. Additionally, a new metal fence was erected, and the parking spaces were restriped in the lot between 900/1000.
Tennis Courts Renovated; Pickleball Added
2017 – The tennis courts have been completely renovated. This included resurfacing, crack repair, painting, and cleaning. All tennis court lights were examined and the blown ones were replaced. Additionally, pickleball was added to the courts with separate lines painted that correspond with the sport. Equipment such as paddles and balls were placed in the court area for community use and the rules were posted.
Tree Island Revitalized
2016 – The Tree Island in the center of the parking area between the 600 and 700 building was completely revitalized and modernized. This included greatly reducing the size of the previous island to create more space allowing smoother traffic flow. The two mature oak trees were retained and the timber wall was replaced with a block wall matching the existing block walls in the community. Additionally, a new paver sidewalk was created to connect the two parking areas. Jasmine ground cover was planted in the new landscape area and the entire parking area was resurfaced, resealed and restriped. The project also created five additional parking spots.
New Exterior Lighting
2014 – Pool Renovation – This included complete resurfacing and refinishing the entire pool along with resealing the cement walking area surrounding the pool. Additionally, new pool furniture was delivered including chaise lounge chairs and tables that feature “Lazy Susans” with matching chairs. Two new industrial gas grills were also installed along with a new cabana and new energy efficient, dark sky compliant lighting mounted around the perimeter of the pool area.
